Mediante <strong>escaneado 3D, modelado CAD, an\u00e1lisis por elementos finitos y fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva<\/strong>, el alumno reconstruy\u00f3 digitalmente la pieza, corrigi\u00f3 sus deformaciones y gener\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica necesaria para poder reproducirla cuando el recambio original no est\u00e1 disponible.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10128  alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2026\/07\/Imagen2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"206\" height=\"179\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El trabajo tambi\u00e9n compara el comportamiento mec\u00e1nico de la pieza en <strong>aluminio 6061-T6<\/strong> y en <strong>PLA impreso en 3D<\/strong>, concluyendo que el prototipo pl\u00e1stico puede servir como soluci\u00f3n temporal de emergencia, mientras que el aluminio sigue siendo la opci\u00f3n adecuada para un uso funcional prolongado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con este TFG, Toma Mileti\u0107 demuestra c\u00f3mo la ingenier\u00eda inversa y la impresi\u00f3n 3D pueden resolver problemas reales de mantenimiento, alargando la vida \u00fatil de componentes mec\u00e1nicos y facilitando la reproducci\u00f3n de piezas descatalogadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Enhorabuena a Toma por este trabajo pr\u00e1ctico y aplicado al \u00e1mbito de la ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 29 de junio de 2026, Toma Mileti\u0107, alumno del Grado en Ingenier\u00eda Mec\u00e1nica, present\u00f3 su Trabajo Fin de Grado titulado \u201cReverse Engineering of an MTB Bicycle Derailleur Hanger\u201d, dirigido por el profesor V\u00edctor Manuel V\u00e1zquez.
