Uno de ellos fue el impartido por <strong>Rub\u00e9n Gadea<\/strong>, socio de Sanus Vitae, que abord\u00f3 el acondicionamiento f\u00edsico. El objetivo de este taller era que el alumnado de TSEAS (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridauniversitaria.es\/es-ES\/OfertaAcademica\/ciclosformativos\/Paginas\/Ensenyanza-y-Animacion-Sociodeportiva.aspx?Perfil=Florida+Universitaria&amp;cicloformativo=Ense%c3%b1anza+y+Animaci%c3%b3n+Sociodeportiva\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ciclo del Grado Superior de Ense\u00f1anza y Animaci\u00f3n Sociodeportiva<\/a>) de Florida Universit\u00e0ria aprendiera a dise\u00f1ar una sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento al aire libre con un grupo de personas de nivel heterog\u00e9neo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La sesi\u00f3n se adapt\u00f3 en funci\u00f3n del nivel de cada asistente. De este modo, a la vez que interactuaban durante la sesi\u00f3n, cada uno de los presentes pod\u00edan exigirse en base a su condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00abEsta es la parte complicada, ya que en un mismo grupo contaremos con usuarios m\u00e1s sedentarios, en los cuales buscamos que no vivan un sentimiento de frustraci\u00f3n y se sientan realizados. Mientras que, por otro lado, tenemos que conseguir que los usuarios m\u00e1s avanzados se sientan desafiados\u00a0y disfruten de una sesi\u00f3n retadora\u00bb, explicaba <strong>Rub\u00e9n Gadea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7009\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2021\/12\/3taller-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"553\" height=\"415\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2021\/12\/3taller-2.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2021\/12\/3taller-2-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2021\/12\/3taller-2-768x576.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 553px) 100vw, 553px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Se trat\u00f3 de un taller muy pr\u00e1ctico en el que se pudo ver de cerca la realidad de los grupos que se encuentran los entrenadores de Sanus Vitae en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.
