{"id":7812,"date":"2022-10-27T16:38:52","date_gmt":"2022-10-27T16:38:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/?p=7812"},"modified":"2022-11-11T16:56:47","modified_gmt":"2022-11-11T16:56:47","slug":"coaching-educativo-para-orientar-hacia-el-exito-al-alumnado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/2022\/10\/coaching-educativo-para-orientar-hacia-el-exito-al-alumnado\/","title":{"rendered":"Coaching Educativo para orientar hacia el \u00e9xito al alumnado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Florida Universit\u00e0ria celebr\u00f3 un seminario sobre \u2018<em>Coaching<\/em> educativo\u2019 impartido por el experto en esta materia, <strong>Fernando Bou,<\/strong> a su alumnado de segundo del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridauniversitaria.es\/titulacion\/grado-en-maestro-a-en-educacion-infantil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grado de Maestro\/a en Educaci\u00f3n Infantil<\/a> y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridauniversitaria.es\/titulacion\/grado-en-maestro-a-en-educacion-primaria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grado de Maestro\/a en Educaci\u00f3n Primaria<\/a>. El ponente hizo participar al alumnado en el seminario para que reflexionasen sobre el concepto, a lo largo de dos jornadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tal y como coment\u00f3, el <em>coaching<\/em> educativo es una t\u00e9cnica o herramienta que permite a personas orientarse hacia el \u00e9xito. \u201cEsta definici\u00f3n va a m\u00e1s y se convierte en una filosof\u00eda de vida\u201d, comentaba. Fernando Bou adapt\u00f3 esta designaci\u00f3n a la educaci\u00f3n por su especial potencial. \u201cEl coaching educativo conforme lo entiendo se dirige al profesorado, pero no solo a ellos, sino a todo el equipo\u201d, concretaba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fernando explic\u00f3 los or\u00edgenes de esta disciplina en el deporte y c\u00f3mo el coaching educativo est\u00e1 desarroll\u00e1ndose en distintos \u00e1mbitos educativos, porque es una metodolog\u00eda activa, del siglo XXI para mejorar la calidad educativa. \u201cEs la educaci\u00f3n del ser para transformar el mundo. Se trabaja el presente para transformar el mundo. El coaching empieza en tenis y golf, deportes individuales, se trabaja de persona a persona. Luego se transforma a nivel grupal con la finalidad de cambiar el sistema educativo\u201d, comentaba. En este sentido, destac\u00f3 la importancia del observador en el centro y en el aula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cLo que se intenta es formar y se trabaja a nivel individual y con todo un equipo directivo del centro. Hay que introducir tambi\u00e9n observaci\u00f3n en el aula para dar <em>feedback<\/em> y mejorar. Tiene otra perspectiva que nos permite avanzar. Tambi\u00e9n se trabaja formativamente el coaching con las familias\u201d, detallaba entre los actores con los que trabajar la disciplina.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-7812
