{"id":9369,"date":"2025-07-10T09:37:26","date_gmt":"2025-07-10T09:37:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/?p=9369"},"modified":"2025-07-10T09:37:26","modified_gmt":"2025-07-10T09:37:26","slug":"trabajo-fin-de-grado-camara-para-control-de-epis-mediante-vision-artificial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/2025\/07\/trabajo-fin-de-grado-camara-para-control-de-epis-mediante-vision-artificial\/","title":{"rendered":"Trabajo Fin de Grado: C\u00e1mara para control de EPIs mediante visi\u00f3n artificial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>David Corbal\u00e1n G\u00f3mez, <\/strong>alumno del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridauniversitaria.es\/titulacion\/grado-en-ingenieria-electronica-industrial-y-automatica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Grado de Ingenier\u00eda Electr\u00f3nica Industrial y Autom\u00e1tica<\/strong><\/a>, present\u00f3 y defendi\u00f3 el lunes 7 de julio de 2025 su Trabajo Fin de Grado titulado <strong><em>\u201cC\u00e1mara para control de EPIs\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, dirigido por el profesor Eduardo Roses Albert de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridauniversitaria.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Florida Universit\u00e0ria<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El proyecto propone una soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica basada en visi\u00f3n por computador para la detecci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica del uso correcto de Equipos de Protecci\u00f3n Individual (EPI), como casco y chaleco reflectante, en entornos portuarios. Frente al elevado coste y escasa flexibilidad de las soluciones comerciales, el sistema ha sido \u00edntegramente desarrollado con herramientas de c\u00f3digo abierto como PyTorch, OpenCV y PyQt5, ejecut\u00e1ndose en hardware industrial sin GPU dedicada.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9370\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2025\/07\/david-corbalan-gomez.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"495\" height=\"181\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2025\/07\/david-corbalan-gomez.jpg 495w, https:\/\/blogs.florida.es\/floridauniversitariablog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2025\/07\/david-corbalan-gomez-300x110.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La soluci\u00f3n utiliza v\u00eddeo en tiempo real procedente de una c\u00e1mara PTZ instalada en una gr\u00faa p\u00f3rtico del puerto, y aplica modelos de inteligencia artificial (YOLOv8) para identificar trabajadores y verificar visualmente la presencia de EPI. La aplicaci\u00f3n cuenta con interfaz gr\u00e1fica, m\u00f3dulo de alertas por correo y arquitectura modular desplegada en contenedor Docker, lo que facilita su mantenimiento y escalabilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El sistema ya ha demostrado en pruebas piloto una tasa de detecci\u00f3n superior al 90% y latencias por debajo de los 100\u202fms, todo ello sin necesidad de licencias comerciales. El proyecto no solo refuerza la seguridad operativa, sino que contribuye al cumplimiento normativo y a la soberan\u00eda tecnol\u00f3gica de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El alumno ha demostrado una notable evoluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, integrando conocimientos de visi\u00f3n artificial, desarrollo de software y despliegue en entorno industrial.
